1 If you want an illustrated PR TEXT about Your manifestation on the 2, 3, 4 or more pages you are to send to our address the following:
» short history of Your manifestation,
» the programme and contents of the former, as well as the plan and programme of the current manifestation,
» the exact location and the way of reaching the destination ( transportation links, maps etc.)
» information about hotelier and lodging capacity (hotel and privat) and other resources that would stimulate visitors to spend some time there,
» anecdotes, curiosities, view on the ethnic legacy and other attractions in the surroundings,
» prospects, brochures, CD with the photoes of the former manifestations.

To this illustrated text we also add a ”shortened” version
of the same text in English (up to one page long).

3 - In the CALENDAR, which is a part of the GUIDE, manifestations are presented in chronological and monthly order providing the following information:

a) 1/3 pages: - date (from-to) and place of the manifestation,
- the exact name of the manifestation with short description ( up to 2-3 sentences) to be translated in English,
- manifestation logo ( if exists), or the crest of the town where the manifestation is held,
- information about manifestation organizers ( who the organizer is, phone number, fax, e-mail, website….) and major sponsors, or

b) 1/10 pages: - date (from-to) and place of the manifestation,
- the exact name of the manifestation,
- manifestation organizers and contact phones.
( Publishing (b) data in the calendar is not charged , not translated in English, not illustrated and the editorial office is not obliged to publish them.)

4 - THE ADDRESS BOOK OF HOTELS, MOTELS, LODGING-HOUSES, RESTAURANTS... shortly, various accomodation and hotelier capacities in Serbia and Montenegro are printed out close to the end of the GUIDE , on specially arranged and illustrated pages, within the range of 1/12 pages. This address book is designed for all those who intend to attend a certain manifestation for one or more days and wonder where they can spend a night, have lunch or dinner in a pleasant ambient and enjoy a manifestation programme.

The institutions interested in entering the address book are to send the following data:
- the photo of the institution, its address, phone number, fax, e-mail, website.
( The price includes 10 free samples of the GUIDE , because we are sure that every hotel, motel... and similar institutions can provide its guests with the information about ceratin manifestations and events in the surroundings through this magazine – booklet. If institution directors do not intend to surprise the guests with a sample of the GUIDE in every room, then they can give it as a present to guests and busines partners or sell it on the recption desk and thus reduce the costs of advertising.)

5 - SMALL TOURIST ADVERTS are primarily meant for DEMAND and SUPPLY in PRIVATE ACCOMODATION in country households, spa centres, on mountains, at the seaside...but also for every other type of ”demand” and ”supply” (exp. boats and yachts, tents, ski camps, diving equipment, weekend-houses) that has interests and justification to be included in the coulumn.

THE GUIDE no. 9 is being prepared and it will cover the period from July to December 2008, and it will be printed out in the mid-July 2008. If you are interested in the manifestations from your surroundings being announced through our GUIDE in the country and abroad, at fairs, embassies, in tourist-informative centres, souvenir shops, you are to send to us the list of manifestations from your surroundings and all the necessary information until 15 May 2008, latest.
